Our classes take place in the great outdoors in parks throughout the country. Each class lasts for an hour and at British Military Fitness South Africa we cater for all levels of ability. Our instructors ensure that no one is made to feel left out. They will motivate you and above all, make it fun! Each class is divided into ability groups and starts with a warm up. This is followed by a full 50 minutes of effective and varied fitness training (admit it, have you ever done that in the gym?!), broken up only by a water break in between. The session ends with a cool down and stretch. You can sign up to for a different number of classes per week. You can attend any class at any venue at any time, to suit your schedule. Ability Groups Every class you have the ability to choose which group you join. If you are finding your sessions too easy / hard then you can change the next time. If you are in doubt as to which group is right for you speak to an instructor at your trial class.
